Aron Fay is a graphic designer & principal of FAY, a graphic design consultancy based in New York City where he works with clients both large and small on projects ranging from brand identity, packaging, editorial design, art direction, and motion design and more.
Prior to starting FAY in May of 2018, Aron worked at Pentagram Design for 7 years, ultimately as an Associate Partner for Partner, Michael Bierut.
Fay is also the founder of Comp Design, a design goods company focused on creating high quality, long lasting products.
His work has been published by the likes of Print Magazine, Wired, Creative Review, It’s Nice That and Fast Co. Design. He has received awards from the Art Directors Club, Type Directors Club, D&AD, Communication Arts, Fast Company, SEGD, and YCN. In 2015, he was nominated for a Design of the Year Award at the Design Museum in London.
Fay has also taught workshops, lectured, and been a guest critic at institutions such as Parsons, SVA, and the Maryland Institute College of Art.
